Cardinals, Hummingbird

Mr. and Mrs. Cardinal are lovely birds.


Wild Bird Wednesday


I've seen hummingbirds at my feeders but so far they've buzzed away as soon as they spotted me. I hope they'll get used to me so I can take some pictures. In the meantime, here is a picture of one that I took a year ago.

    I can't get enough of the birds. The rose breasted grosbeack were just here passing through.

    I have a hummingbird (sunbird) that visits my geranium window-boxes but I have to film it in video. It won't stay still long enough for a regular photo.
    The cardinals are beautiful. I don't think we have them here in Israel.
