Boats at Karo Landing

Weekend Reflections and Skywatch Friday
These are from the boat launch at the end of Chapman Farm Road. I watched a small bus from Front Royal Outdoors unload kayaks and canoes and passengers to fill them. Looks like fun!

  5. I am hoping there isn't any white water on that portion of the river. THere's nothing like a nice trip up/down the river on a sunny afternoon!

  6. It looks like a good spot to get out on the water.

  7. It looks like so much fun! The slow pace would be perfect for me. We actually tried kayaking, but I couldn’t do it, just too much of a klutzy weakling!

  8. Pretty Reflections, Linda. Isn't it weird, when you could because you live close you don't do it? I don't Kayak either, mostly because I don't want to be in the water with my feet pinned beneath me. But there are straddle-sit ones.
