Rural Scenes, Frederick County
Frederick County is Virginia's northernmost county (not to be confused with Frederick County, Maryland, which is not far away). It has many farms but also small towns and sprawling suburbs adjacent to the city of Winchester.

Wonderful! I need to get out there more and explore. I have a friend in Winchester but it's been a while since we've been able to get together. We usually go out to lunch but I think this time I will suggest a little drive. Thanks for the lovely photos Linda, they have inspired me.
