Luray, VA
This building served as a school from 1875 to 1937. It was moved to downtown Luray in 1974 so that it could be preserved as a historical attraction.

DeleteOne of my aunts, who would be 102 if she was still alive, was educated in part in a one room schoolhouse in Oklahoma. I love seeing these preserved one room schoolhouses.
