Art in the Funkhouser Women’s Center

Harrisonburg, VA

Two weeks ago I had a test done for osteoporosis and I spotted this mural while I was waiting. I should have placed something in the picture for scale. I did think to take a picture of the sign company credits.

Monday Murals

On another wall, I saw a charming painting.

By the way, the test results were not too bad. I have some thinning of bones but not to the point where they call it osteoporosis.

  1. Nice that your results are good. I do prefer the second mural too, I can spot 2 doggies, how cute :) Thanks for participating in Monday Murals Linda.

  2. Lovely murals. Regarding osteoporosis, after my bone scan a couple of years ago, my doctor told me that in her professional opinion I have bones like a racehorse! Good news!

  6. The fish that honor donors (or seemingly do that) remind me of the wall in an elementary school. BUt the other mural is very nice.
Good that your health issue is optimistic.
