The Good, the Bad, and the Smiling

Sunday at Seven Bends

After Charlie had a scary experience at the dog park in Woodstock, I wanted to help him get his confidence back by exercising in other locations. One was our local state park. Somebody waved as we drove across the river.

After I parked, I realize that Charlie had chewed through yet another harness. He looked very pleased with himself.

Nevertheless, I wanted to photograph the new sign in the children’s sensory garden, mainly because I helped our garden volunteers create the sign.

We also saw a new bench donated by our Friends Of Seven Bends State Park group.

i even managed to get a selfie. It isn’t easy holding onto a phone and an active dog at the same time. I used the self timer.

The closing shot shows some visitors enjoying a picnic. I added a filter to this.

  1. Oh, Charlie... My Mickey chewed one harness not long after I got him. That shot with the filter is nice.

  6. Oh, Charlie, look what you did now, and, with that grin, you know it, don't you! But I'm sure all will be forgiven. The sensory garden is such a good idea. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com

  7. You are so patient with your dog. I keep hoping that he would get better with time. He makes a fine though.
