Liberty Baptist Church
And Family Life Center.
This large building is on US 11 near Strasburg. I call this style "contemporary warehouse" because it is built like one. There are actually a number of churches around here built in that no-nonsense type of design.

..."contemporary warehouse" is a good term or a "big box!"
ReplyDeleteYes, indeed. And the number of churches all over which have multiple theatres for their Sunday worship are pretty amazing. I visited one with my son's family in Atlanta and we were in the "Rock n Roll" theatre...where all gospel was sung by everyone as well as clapping to the rhythm! Strange to me, as I enjoy a small chapel kind of church.
ReplyDelete... and such a blue sky in your photographs.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
