Tree Swallow and Friends

On May 7th
With Robin, May 8th
I love the iridescent blue feathers of the tree swallow and I'm pleased that some are nesting in our yard. This guy likes to perch, and I've spotted him several times on the back of a bench. Sometimes another bird is nearby.

  3. Hello Linda!:) Oh what a beauty, with those iridescent feathers, and what a lovely wrought iron bench, ...a perfect perching place for the birds. I have never heard of a Tree Swallow, although I saw lots of Swallows and House Martins on our hols, but wasn't able to photograph them. They move so fast and change direction all the time. Lovely shots Linda!:)
