Three Snapshots in Woodstock, Virginia

Woodstock is the county seat of Shenandoah County. The town's charter was sponsored by none other than George Washington in 1761.

Here are a few scenes with fences hat I'm sharing with Good Fences Around the World.
Woodstock Museum
Old Building Behind the Post Office

  3. Interesting mix. It's kind of sad to see that second picture. It's too bad that building hasn't been kept up.

  6. The museum is in great shape and I like the way it looks. The second building must have been very nice to see in its day, now it could use some help. I never seen a water tower shaped like that, it's quite different and I like that.
Nice images Linda and have a great weekend!
