Snow Scene in Riverton
Cranes are being used to build a new bridge over the South Fork of the Shenandoah. In the foreground, we see children playing. Far in the distance are the Blue Ridge Mountains, with Skyline Drive running along the crest.

Nice view, I'd have been recording the constuction of the briidge if I lived there. Nothing like snow to cheer me up in the morning, thats because we don't get much
ReplyDeleteThose skies still look full of snow!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a huge bridge going in.

Such gorgeous panaramas, Linda!
ReplyDeleteI could almost get a little wistful, I did not manage to get out of town toward snow-capped hills and mountains this winter.
Happy Sky Watch,

ReplyDeleteVery pretty! We got a good bit of ice last night here.
ReplyDeleteI like the shot of the children playing in the snow.
ReplyDeleteLovely scenes. I'm hoping we will get warmer temps in the next few days so some of our snow will melt.
