It's Still Winter!

We had snow again today, around 6 inches. It followed a night of rain which turned to sleet, so the roads were treacherous this morning. We did not attempt to go anywhere.

It's pretty though! I spent part of the day watching birds from the comfort of our living room. I'm very fortunate to have a lake view so I can watch the ducks and geese float past.

  7. It snowed here all day yesterday, and the kids were out of school, but happily it only stuck to the grass and not the roads. You have a very nice view there!

  10. The photos are lovely and it is nice to see some open water for the wildlife. Everything is frozen here along Lake Erie and the Niagara River, NY... Michelle from Nature Notes.

  12. You got much more snow than we did, although we did get the rain and ice. Our feeders were very busy today as well.
