Blue Ridge Grocery

This country store has stood on a ridge between Front Royal and Flint Hill since 1929. Proprietor Jack Sharp has an artistic bent and collects antiques.

  1. I see a chimney, I wonder if he has a wood stove in there. I have seen some old stores that had one and old guys would sit around it in the winter. The country store near us when I was a kid was advanced, they had a furnace and cast iron radiators. I remember people standing around talking but not a story telling spot.

  2. I wonder if the inside of the store is as fascinating as the outside.
