Squirrel Visits Our Deck
This squirrel must have been hungry. He made his way to our deck, a story above the ground, to scavenge a little scattering of seed that fell from our new bird feeder.
When he sensed that I was on the other side of the glass door, he went to the edge of the deck and looked out. A few moments later he jumped into the arms of a small tree, grabbing at branches until he safely grasped one and scampered down the trunk.

With the snow, I guess its slim pickings for wild animals. Beautiful shots you got! xx
ReplyDeleteThanks, Pat. I sometimes feed the squirrels when it snows. I ran out of cracked corn last week and haven't found any more in the stores yet.
