This photo is among the items I inherited from my ancestors. Unfortunately, there is no identification on the portrait and very little on the picture postcard.Is the young man my great-grandfather James P. Suiter? It's possible. James would have been 21 when the Civil War broke out, and this certainly looks like a photo from that time. Perhaps I will find a clue some day.
