Powered Paraglider
We are accustomed to hearing small planes here because Bryce Resort has a landing strip. This weekend we heard a sound coming overhead that didn't sound quite like a plane; it was more like a power mower. Soon we saw this paraglider flying above us. He was up fairly high considering that we live near the top of the ridge.
Little Scamp did not like the sound at all and tried to drown it out by barking.
