Hi, everyone! We’re starting off with a portrait of me. I wanted to look dignified.

Pictures and Parks with Charlie
There are animals in the mountains. Mom slowed down when a deer crossed the road, and then we saw a little deer waiting to cross. Mom hit the brake, and I started to fall off the seat because I was standing up to look out the window.
Luckily, I had my seatbelt on, so it stopped me from rolling off until Mom could help me get back on the seat. I don’t really like seatbelts, and I have chewed through quite a few of them. I wasn’t able to chew up this one because it has a steel wire. I did get most of the plastic off, though.
Here’s a cat that likes to rest under cars.

What lovely pictures, Charlie! You yourself are looking particularly handsome. And the deer!
ReplyDeleteWe hope that kitty doesn't sleep under the car. We are afraid it might get run over!
He surely looks dignified
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos, Charlie!
ReplyDeleteHello Charlie and Linda,
ReplyDeleteCharlie you do look handsome, I am glad you were safe with the seat belt on. I love the sweet deer, Sorry they are eating your rose bushes. Pretty photo of the bee and flowers. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, have a great day and a happy week ahead! PS, thank you for leaving me a comment.
What fun. I love the stories about animals that you got to read and the deer you saw on the drive. How nice to have a friend visit and enjoy things together.
ReplyDeleteGood Sunday to you Charlie (and mom!) You are as handsome as ever, and I'm glad you didn't hit the floor when your mom stopped for the baby deer! Seatbelts are life-savers, though we don't really like them either. And speaking of life-savers, that's a kind of candy I used to enjoy. What kind of treats do you like?
ReplyDeleteChicken! And meatloaf! Yum!
Delete...we have had so many fawns this year!
ReplyDeleteLooks like another wonderful time you had there Charlie. Always enjoy your stories and how luck you are to see the deer.
ReplyDeleteAnother great post but tell Charlie he's my #1 reason for checking in here, he's so adorably cute and smart, a great addition to all your posts!
ReplyDeleteLovely photos. Charlie is so cute.
