Happy Gotcha Day, Charlie!

Three Years of Having a Beagle Boss
On September 4, 2022, Lynn and I went to Charlottesville to meet Charlie. He was up for adoption after being rescued from a huge breeding facility.
He was shy. He did not want to meet us, and I was concerned that he would not like me. However, once he got in the car, he seemed happy to go with us.
These pictures are from late this afternoon.

ReplyDeleteAmazing sky view.
Charlie looks like a sweet dog. We have a new rescue dog that's a beagle mix. She a senior citizen. She's very slowly learning to trust us and adapt to her new home. We don't think she's had much love or attention in her past life, poor thing.
ReplyDeleteHappy gotcha day anniversary, Charlie. Wishing you many more adventures with the human you supervise. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com

I know you have had issues with Charlie but love that you just love him all the more. Both our dogs have issues, and yet they are our dogs and we are keeping them and loving them as best we can.
