It’s always fascinating how places like Ruffner Plaza hold layers of stories from historic plaques to beloved local cats, each adding a bit of charm and character to the town’s evolving tapestry.
ReplyDeleteIt’s good to see those plaques explaining historical events. I assume that if they refer to slavery or oppression they would have to be removed in the Trump era.
ReplyDeleteThat's a lovely mural. I hope the cat doesn't stray too far from his home. Thanks for participating in Monday Murals Linda. I like facade of the Art Space building.
ReplyDeleteLove the mural, Charlie and Sadie!
ReplyDeleteTake care, have a great day!
...bright spots.
ReplyDeleteI have yet to visit that gallery's new location.
ReplyDeleteGreat post and I've never met a cat Mayor before so cool!
ReplyDeleteI know cats are a big deal and a part of everyday experiences in Greece as my daughter loves cats and everywhere she went there were cats just roaming and meeting folks!
ReplyDeleteLove the both dogs...
ReplyDeleteApplaus. A great praise for Bill, rescued the turtle!
Ooops, today I'm later than usual with the comments. But yesterday's storm left its mark on the garden... we've been busy.
It's a great pleasure to visit you again, dear blog friend.
Happy MosaicMonday!
