First Baptist Church in Harrisonburg

The congregation’s history dates back to 1871, and this brick church was built in 1964.

The tall building in the background is a grain elevator.

I cropped the photo and lightened it so that we can glimpse the stained glass.

  4. Nice touches of stained glass, which is usually lacking in Baptist churches.

  5. hey there friend. my parents have moved churches this past year, due to all that went on in their denomination. so sad, considering the church is celebrating a bit milestone, but any who ... the point is being in our Lords presence. which you can do at any church, any location, outside, where ever, so it is all okay, you live and learn. keep trying and all that jazz. this weather i tell ya what a dramatic time. yesterday it was snowing ...nothing sticking but flurries flying around and it was fun to see. so windy and cold. i keep wanting to do stuff outside but it is no fun when it is so chilly. hope you are well. can you believe it is March? time this year is flying by. take care this week.
