Four Photos from Skyline Drive



Autumn is a beautiful time of year in Shenandoah, but avoid Skyline Drive on the weekends. Here are a few recent pictures.

I was excited to get a picture of a wild turkey near the stables at Skyland. It's rare that they pose for me.

    What a lovely turkey, which are actually a pretty ugly bird. Yes about weekends on the parkways, to be avoided.
