DeleteIs there a store devoted to tobacco or is that a local name for a convenience store?
ReplyDeleteIt is tobacco and CBD. The stores are proliferating because Virginia law is legalizing the sale of marijuana in September so merchants are gearing up.
DeleteWe've got lots of Vaping stores popping up in NC...and a few CBD places...I don't think we'll have legal pot however! Lots of folks will have to cross the border in Sept to VA!!
