February Weather Keeps Coming.

Good, Random, and Fun.

Snow was not in today's weather forecast. I was surprised when I looked out the window this morning and saw snow coming down. I had an appointment an hour away and traffic reports were not good. I rescheduled my appointment for next week.

The first photo in this collage was taken this morning. The other is from late afternoon. Not only had the snow stopped, but the sun was had melted it down quite a bit.
Mosaic Monday and Blue Monday.

Monday Murals: The hornet is the mascot of Shenandoah University. We were there for our covid vaccinations last week. I felt very tired the next day but did not mind.

After a nurse administered the vaccine, she instructed us to sit down for 15 minutes before leaving. There was a slide show running with health reminders so I took some pictures of it, having little else to do.

"Wear Your Face Mask."

  2. Good idea to remind people of safety measures since they have to wait fifteen minutes anyway. Congratulations on getting your first shot.

  3. Congrats on the first dose. Australia just started vaccinating this Monday, starting with front line workers and nursing home staff and residents. I will be in the second tier in a couple of weeks, together with the over 80's and people with chronic diseases, as I work in a medical clinic.
Thanks for participating in Monday Murals Linda.

  5. Great to hear you all have gotten your first vaccines. I'm going for my second this Sat. Whoopee! Just a sore arm the first time, so I'm very optimistic about the second one. It's interesting how much weather and vaccinations have become our highest topics these days

  10. Interesting that your clinic tried to "entertain" you during the 15 min. waiting period! My jab was at a drugstore so there was just a waiting area with a view of the merchandise on the end caps of the aisles. I would have been happy to wait anywhere to get that valuable innoculation!

  12. Stopping by extremely late but wanted to stop by from Mosaic Monday 119. Funny how quickly the snow came and now it's warm and sunny or at least here.
