  2. Linda,

I thought you might like to know it today's post I shared my swan art sketch that you challenged me to do last month. :) The heavy rains sure does cause the waters to be muddy. I always hate that because it spoils my picture but I usually snap it anyhow because I'd rather get the shot instead of not having anything at all!

  3. A lot of muddy rivers in Canada now, too. Floods at both ends of the country—west, east, and some in between. Waiting to see if we can do our planned drive to The Wet West Coast in June or wait until September. Great photo of the raging muddy river, Linda. I've always wanted to see the Shenandoah Valley. Maybe some day, "the good Lord willing and the creek don't rise" as the song says!

  5. That water is rushing. Looks like more rain here as the sky is getting dark and cloudy in spots. I guess the snakes are heading for high ground... Thank you for visiting and I hope you can get to visit the lewis Ginter gardens sometime in the future.

  8. So much flooding this time of year. We are lucky we live in a cabin that floats on a lake rather than on the ground near a river. The snow is melting fast and the lake is going up quickly. - Margy

  9. So glad you joined us at https://image-in-ing.blogspot.com/2018/05/james-taylor-gotta-love-him.html. Hope you don't wind up getting soaked by the tropical storm heading up the coast.
