Random-osity.
Sharing with Monday Murals. |
There were other barns in much better shape. I collected some for Tom's linkup and put them in a collage (or mosaic if you prefer), along with a view from Sheetz Mill Road.
The Fun: This guy saw me taking photos and came over to greet me. He seemed like a friendly donkey and did not mind my taking his picture.
By the way, there are signs of spring here in the Shenandoah, but the weather forecast says we may get a snow storm. It doesn't feel likely because temperatures were quite warm today.
Love those colours on the utility box!
ReplyDeleteSo sweet that the donkey came over to greet you, very friendly. Thanks for participating.
Three nice adpects shared. Hsve a good week
ReplyDeleteMuch🌼love
Haha, I have seen a few barns around here without a roof! Love all the views in the collage - so peaceful! And I guess the donkey was glad to see a human being:):) Many thanks for linking up, as well as your comment (I don't celebrate St. Patrick's Day either! And I have a very think green sweater) Have a beautiful week!
ReplyDeleteThose are happy colors indeed! And a cute donkey :-)
ReplyDelete..I'm doubtful that spring right around the corner here, I keep posting winter barns for a while. Interesting open air barn, enjoy your week.
ReplyDeleteGreat collection of randoms this week, the utility box is fun and I'm sure livens up the neighbourhood. I often see a pair of donkeys when out for a walk and always stop for a chat and to give them a handful of the grass that is always just out of their reach on the other side of the fence!
ReplyDeleteSweet looking donkey, very nice barn collection, and thanks for sharing your early spring. Happy Equinox today!
ReplyDeleteI love it when local governments allow their utility boxes to be painted with colorful designs.
ReplyDeleteThe donkey is a welcome sight to see.
ReplyDeleteI love the utility box art. That donkey looks friendly. How sweet that he came over to greet you.
ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely selection here.
ReplyDeleteThought the colours on the utility box were great.
All the best Jan
What a sweet little donkey. My daughter had two Jerusalem donkeys and they were the sweetest things ever. Extremely gentle and loved children.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Mural. I to love outdoor art.
Snow called for here also, but we'll see.
betsy
I really like the decorated utility box! Even if cacti are not normally found there! ;-)
ReplyDeleteSuch an entertaining collection of photos ... yes, we are in that time of year when the weather is a bit iffy!
ReplyDeleteI've noticed our utility boxes are being painted, too. What a cute new donkey friend!
ReplyDeleteWe have snow today after several days of warm weather. I'm afraid the snow is headed your way.
