Rappcats Mural

Two walls at a cat rescue in Flint Hill are covered with a colorful mural. RappCats shares space with Mullany Arts in an old apple plant. In case you are wondering, the cats do not "rap"  — their shelter is named for Rappahannock County, where they reside.
