Samuels Library and the Children's Garden

Front Royal, Virginia
In front of the children's section of Samuels Public Library is the new children's garden. Made possible through the generosity of Elsie Stossel Upchurch, it is enclosed by a black metal fence.

I took these pictures this afternoon, which was rainy. Actually, we've had rain all week.
