After driving back to the Valley, I looked back toward where I'd been and saw a layer of clouds resting on the Blue Ridge.

I really like the 1st photo the way you included the stone wall & the perspective of looking along the top of it. In the Rain on the windshield photo it looks like it's really pelting down.

Neat!! There are photographers here who have exhibited lots of images involving rain on a windshield...really beautifully abstract [especially the night shots] so that it is not even clear whst you are looking at.
