A leaf is a common thing.
On a tree, one of many.

When do we notice a leaf?
In autumn, when it changes color
Ready to drop, it's life over.

    trees never get the attention they deserve, until autumn, shame on us!! now they are not "so common" as they turn and become beautiful!!!!

    Nicely done, I enjoy leaves both in spring and in autumn. They're just more "showy" in the fall. Some lovely photos here. I really like the 2nd one.
