  7. Hi Linda, Love Daylilies.. We have LOTS and LOTS in our yard--but no fence.. (Our community rules say NO fences. Otherwise I'd love a white fence!!!

  12. Do you know that these taste amazing sauté with spinach? My cousin made this dish for me for the first time this year and now I can't look at them without thinking how delicious they taste. Because they are tougher than spinach, sauté them (flower and a bit of the stem) in garlic oil first until soft before adding the spinach. Before you cook them, rinse them well in ice water to get rid of aunts and other bugs. Don't worry about harvesting them because new flowers open up every day (hence the name day lilies). And, best of all, this dish looks gorgeous!
