Church in the Dale

Dry Run Christian Church, 8398 Fort Valley Road
This charming church is in "the Fort," a narrow valley in the Massanutten Mountains, which in turn are within the Shenandoah Valley. We took this picture about a week ago.

I knew I'd shared photos of this church before so just now I used the search button and found that I posted Dry Run Church a year ago to the day!

  3. I don't blame you for posting pictures of this church more than once. The church building -- and the setting -- is beautiful.

  5. That charming little church is in a beautiful setting; such a view! Would that be a bit of green grass I see? It's still all winter white here.

  9. That's a very picturesque scene. Our farm is in the foothills of the blue ridge mountains so we are not far from you.
