Landscape with School Bus Stop

At the entrance to Shenandoah River Lakes stands a shelter for students who wait for the school bus there. Behind it we see the north end of the Massanutten Range.

If we zoom in on the building we see that the creature sitting on top of it appears to be a vulture.

  1. It is probably a good perch.

    The mountain scenery is outstanding.

  2. Nice bus stop... minus the vulture! The kids might not appreciate him being there.

  3. Nice pictures with the snowy landscape!

  4. Well that doesn't bode well for the school day! ;-)

  5. He certainly has a good vantage point there!

The View from Squirrel Ridge features thousands of views of the Shenandoah Valley and surrounding area. I post frequently so please visit often.
