Water's Edge, North Fork

Near Fishers Hill, VA
This was yesterday, one day after Hurricane Sandy dumped a lot of rain on the Shenandoah Valley. Looks like the corn field on the right got some extra water!

The river was brown with mud and a little bit out of it's banks. But we only received the edge of the hurricane so we were lucky.

  3. Wow. I think you must've got more rain than us. We mostly got a lot of wind, a little rain, a little flurries.

  4. Yes, we had heavy rain. Some roads flooded, and most of the low-water bridges.
