Self-Printed Self-Portrait

Recently I got a new scanner that felt so light and portable, I was skeptical that it would do a good job. I grabbed a few old prints out of a drawer and scanned them. I must say I was impressed! (It's the Epson Perfection V19, if you want to look it up.)

This is a double-exposure done in the darkroom so I made it when I was taking a black and white photography class at NVCC. It's a self-portrait from when I was living in Alexandria (Virginia).

  2. That's a very attractive double exposure. Your scanner sounds good. I need one that scans various sizes of negatives - and keeps working!

  5. Nice scan. I haven't tried to scan any programs with my 4 in 1 (a Canon). I've thought of taking pictures of pictures with my iPhone, and I may try that, too.
