Woodrow Wilson's Birthplace

president wilsonI took these pictures last spring and never got around to posting them. We visited the birthplace of President Woodrow Wilson in Staunton, Virginia. It is adjacent to a museum which tells the story of Wilson's life.

Wilson did not live in Staunton very long. His father was a minister and was transferred to Georgia while little Woodrow was still a baby.

We enjoyed seeing the carefully sculpted shrubbery in the garden.
