Birds on Bare Branches

Although I love the green leaves of summer, a bare tree allows me to see birds which are otherwise hidden. This tree may be dead, but it still has value to wildlife.

  2. My birding friend was telling me about other birders who like to see the warblers early in springtime, who like highest limbs of trees. She says they have a condition sometimes called warbler's neck. I could understand.

  3. One of my favorite types of photos, bare tree branches in silhouette!

  5. Dead trees are very important and the more we can leave standing the better.
