In the same park are murals on the storm sewer manholes. These are sponsored by the Town of Luray.

Hello, I love the murals, the art is much better than graffiti.. Cute bunny and pretty flowers.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your day, have a happy new week!
Very sweet murals and love the quote on the blue manhole. Cute bunny, made me smile. Thanks for participating Linda
ReplyDelete...someone had fun here!

Well done to the High School Art Class. They've found a good subject that's meaningful to them and it looks very attractive. A creative way to decorate the mundane manhole covers too. Pretty daisy, rose, rabbit mosaic.
ReplyDeleteSorry I'm a tad late to the party. That is one talented art class. I like how it is local, too. Nothing better than painting your own area. You find the most incredible murals in the most unusual places, Linda.
ReplyDeleteLinda - you have a knack for finding new murals to show us. I always like it when "ugly" concrete gets a make-over! Thanks for linking to Mosaic Monday!
ReplyDeleteCute rabbit.
ReplyDeleteThose are clever and colorful murals. Pretty mosaic too!
