At Blandy, Linking to Willy Nilly Friday. |
2. We are still enjoying golden leaves. These are along Passage Creek in Fort Valley.
3. Floral Friday: Only a few yellow flowers are left, so I combined them with golden leaves using PhotoCollage.
4. Weekend Reflections: Seven Bends State Park is almost ready to open. I went down to the new park to see what's been added. The parking lot at the Hollingsworth entrance is open and it is next to the river. A ramp for small boats is completed. There are steps alongside so you can pull your canoe up the hill.
There are also new picnic tables and trails have been marked. Volunteers are helping with this stage of construction.
Loved the pics, all of them. The sky, reflection and the knights.
ReplyDelete...sadly all out leaves are on the ground and covered by a foot of melting snow. That ramps sure looks steep! A nice end to the day. Thanks linda for stopping by, enjoy your weekend.
ReplyDeleteGood design of the ramp. No more muddy shoes (or toes) pulling a canoe out. I do love that golden light while it lasts!
ReplyDeleteLovely, golden scenes.
ReplyDeleteYou found lots of gold. Nice shots!
ReplyDeleteGlorious shots!
ReplyDeleteThe idea of a new state park opening is exciting. We have some great state parks in Oklahoma but they are way underfunded so there is a continuing series of closing, partnering, and selling to wealthy developers to make vacation subdivisions for other wealthy people.
ReplyDeleteDziękuję Ci za fajne wpisy i fotografie. Miło obejrzeć miejsca z innego zakątka świata! Powodzenia!
ReplyDeleteVery cool reflection photo!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty .... good hint about catching the perfect light at the end of the day!
