A New Mural on Janet's Store

When I stopped in Strasburg a few days ago, the new mural had been sketched out. It is on one side of Pot Town Organics, a gardening store.

Today the mural was finished and a celebration was held at 6 PM.

The artist is Lula Goce. Her inspiration for the painting is an old local photograph of a girl in Native American dress.

The unveiling party included music and refreshments, plus a bouncy house for children.

The final photo shows some flowers across the street.

Sharing with Monday Murals and Mosaic Monday.
