The real modern jukebox is the ipod! ;-)
ReplyDeleteI have an old one
ReplyDelete...give me a vintage one any day.
ReplyDeleteI miss the old jukeboxes with the 45 records inside!
ReplyDeleteCool jukebox!
ReplyDeleteI don't see jukeboxes much anymore. It seems so many places either have TVs blaring all around or any music that is played is controlled by the owners of the establishment. I'm actually in favor of being able to dine out in peace and quiet except for the casual conversation you might share with the people you are dining with.
ReplyDeleteI use to service the old style jukeboxes that had record singles. We had to do the rounds and collect the money and give the businesses their share. We got free lunches while we were there if it was a restaurant or tavern.
