I selected this “Peace on Earth” garden flag to display this season. It represents an ideal that would take a miracle to achieve. Pardon my cynicism, but I’ve been hoping for peace for a long time.

ReplyDeletePure white doves are the result of human selective breeding. City pigeons are descendants of escapees from domestication, so sometimes they are mostly white. But actual wild doves are at least light colors.
