Linda - love these classic bucolic scenes. The barn could use a lick of paint, but I think it is more interesting as it is. And terrific mural of the mascot! Thanks for linking to Mosaic Monday!

ReplyDeleteLike most old barns it looks like it could use a little work. Three years ago the owners of the barn where we do our Barn Swallow work had it repainted, roof and all, and some minor maintenance work. It does not come cheap!

ReplyDeleteYes not too bad until there is a wreck on I-81 and the interstate traffic runs through town. It happens way too frequently!

ReplyDeleteInteresting photo of the barn needing paint and some new boards too! Good textures. The other barns in first collage look much more efficient in their structures. Great to have a ram. Our town is also home to a US highway and next to an interstate, and as Dawn said, gets really bogged down if there's an accident on the interstate.
