Hummingbirds have not been frequent visitors to my backyard this year, but for the past few days a female has been attracted to the Rose of Sharon blooms. Hooray!

the house sparrow is so often overlooked but it has a beautiful pattern!! a sweet hummingbird, so unaware you are watching her!!
