Backseat Driver and Other Critters

Blog Post #6525

The dog was in the car ahead of me at a red light.

The cats were at RappCats, a cat rescue in Rappahannock County.  I've never been a "cat person" but I think they are pretty.

RappCats is in the same building as Mullany Art Studio in Flint Hill.

I've seen several blue jays lately. I really zoomed in on this one. In the last image you can see that I was not very close.

  9. nice clear zoom in on the pretty jay. Cats are fun to watch (which must be why there are a million posts and youtubes about them). We are pet-free -- neither dog nor cat would put up with our traveling. But there are days when I miss having one.

  10. I can hear those cast calling! I think it's time for a conversion to 'cat lady'! The fluffy one in the box looks like a combination of both pf our beasts!

  11. Cute pup and irresistible kitties!

The jays occasionally show themselves in town through the winter, but are seen more often in the countryside.
