Robins, Ginkgos, and Cows
Lately I've noticed flocks of robins! We saw crowds of them in Shenandoah National Park and then I saw a bunch in the state arboretum. They flew off whenever I moved closer, so I'm sharing a close-up shot taken in my own yard.

Hi Linda, love the shots. I remember in the fall and winter in Columbus, Ohio huge flocks of robins would gather together (and wish for spring).

Sweet Robins! I haven't seen any for a while.
ReplyDeleteRobins here used to fly south when I was a kid, but now many stay in the woodlands and entertain us through the winter.

It seems like an unusual time to see a flock of robins, at least for where I live. I usually only see them in the spring. Great photos!
