Here Comes the Cavalry!
I've been posting pictures from last weekend's reenactment of the Battle of Cedar Creek. I love seeing the horses — such magnificent animals! And they are well cared for so don't worry about that!

ReplyDeleteGreat action shots, and the horses would be well cared for. From what I've heard of the Confederate side of things during the war, particularly as things went along, the horses weren't getting as much food as they needed.
