Food for Dr. Seuss's Birthday Party
By the time I showed up to help at the Dr. Seuss event at the library, the cake was already cut and Chef Dave was busy cooking green eggs and ham. Basically he added green coloring and some bits of ham to a scrambled egg and cooked it in the microwave. It tastes better than it looks.
