If you take the portion of Route 611 that heads south towards Broadway, pause when you pass the pipeline cut near the white gazebo. You can see this view towards the east and if you look west you can see another mountain view (which is not as panoramic though).
Actually, I have a photo of that westward view taken just a little way from that spot - see View from Supinlick Ridge posted in 2006.
