We are still in negotiations to buy this house. The sellers are deciding how to handle the repairs found by the home inspector.All furnishings convey. Obviously, there are some that we don't want. One of the local charities will be invited to bring a truck and take away 90% of the furniture. We may sell some of the smaller stuff.
Hey, Maybe I'll take the hideous red sofa.... (I do need a new sofa, although red was not actually the color I had in mind) And, I've got a truck!
