The weather reporters were warning that a violent storm was coming. I could see it in the distance.
This was on Tuesday. We had a similar brush with a storm a few days before that. We could use more rain.

ReplyDeleteGreat photos, and I find often the weather people put far too much emphasis on it being worse than it turns out to be, but I do respect them for making us aware that something is brewing and could be really bad.

ReplyDeleteThose dramatic storm clouds rolling in while the wind whips through the tall grass make for a truly striking capture. It is always a bit anticlimactic when a heavily hyped storm blows through with just a few minutes of rain, especially when the dry ground could really use a deep soaking.
