Charlie and I took a walk around Muse Vineyards yesterday afternoon.

Views at Muse
It’s located between the North Fork and the Massanutten Mountains. Several times a year, the river rises and floods the Hollingsworth Road Bridge, and residents have to use footbridge, which is elevated, if they want to go to Woodstock.

ReplyDeleteThere are hundreds of wineries in Virginia. When I was a kid, there were hardly any. Then someone figured out what kind of vine was best for the climate and how to make it hardy by grafting it onto native grape roots.
